KarView provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to upload images of their vehicles and visualize various modifications and customizations. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle customization visualization
• Saving and sharing customization designs
• Credit-based payment system for generating customizations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to disable your account at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

KarView operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits that can be used to generate customized vehicle visualizations.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits do not expire unless explicitly stated
• Prices for credits are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchases

5. User Content

Our services allow you to upload, submit, store, and share content, including vehicle images and customization designs ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or overburden our services
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KarView, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
